Message Taking
Our proficient team excels in accurate message taking, ensuring that you never miss important details from your callers. Once we have collected the message we can forward to you by email, SMS or WhatsApp ensuring that you can call your customer back at your earliest convenience.
Patching
Some customers want us to act as their front of house. We have the ability to patch calls through to you and can even set up a rota to patch calls to different people at different times of the day. If we receive your voicemail or you tell us you can't take the call we simple go back to the customer and take a message.
Appointment Scheduling
If you give us access to your diary we can schedule meetings for you. We can schedule face to face, teams or zoom meetings. If you have a wider team and need us to schedule meetings for your team we can also do this providing we have diary access for all.
Payment Collections
If you need us to collect payments for you we can. We set up a secure payment phone line that ensures none of our agents see or hear the credit card details. The card details are taken securely by DTMF and the payments are paid directly to you. This does take time to set up so please talk to us about this process and we will walk you through.
