Some of the Call Answering Services we Provide

We thought it would be good to share with you some of the call answering services that we provide to our customers. This isn't the limit to our capability but it will give you the idea of what we can create for you.

Complex Call Scripting

We can get a complex as you want. A good example of this is our local council work that we do for many councils across the UK. A local council would have multiple departments such as Housing, Highways, Homeless, Parking, Care and many more. Our scripts allow our call agents to act as a council employee. The call script will pop information during the call to ensure that our call handler answers questions in the correct way. If a message is taken it would be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp to the correct department and we can even send details to people who are on a rota. This is a very useful service if you are a lone worker attending a site that can be dangerous. Here is how it works. We have the service pre built on our Call Centre tech. You call us to advise that you are going to site alone and need to be called at regular intervals to ensure you are safe. We call you at these set intervals and have a conversation with you to check on your well being. We agree to another call out in a set time and start the process again. As soon as you leave the site and you are well you call us to end the process. If we call you while on site and we get your voicemail or the phone rings out we will escalate the issue to your pre agreed management team. Diary Management

If your company needs to book appointments with your customers but don't have the capacity to take the calls or make the calls, we can complete the task for you. Providing we have diary access to you or your extended team we will be able to get appointments made for you. 

Simple Live Call Answering

It doesn't have to be complex call scripting. If you simply want us to take messages for you, we can. We have the ability to take your calls just during business hours or if you want extended support we can answer your calls 27/7 (including Bank Holidays). Patching Calls Through

We are experts at being your front of house. We will answer your calls in your company name and attempt to patch the call through to you or your team. If you can't take it or of we get your voicemail we will simply take a message and forward this over to you by SMS, email or WhatsApp (we've even been known to Fax a message over - but this is getting a little old school now). 

Personal Assistant

If you want us to be a little more embedded into your company and processes we can create complex call handling solutions that even allow us to take card payments on your behalf. This can be slightly more complex to set up but one of our onboarding specialists will take you through how this works. Contact us for more information.
