This has been a very challenging and weird time for everyone and we have been able to immediately react with the need for “home working” in particular.
Whilst almost all of our calls/business is delivered from our offices in Great Shelford we have been able to have some staff “up and running” from their homes whilst self-isolating. It has been such a success that it has become part of our business model as a future way of working. It means that should an other “wave” come across our bows we will be ready.
Even more importantly we have been able to help our customers by immediately extending the times they use us and where they have needed to furlough staff we have been able to take those roles upon shoulders to enable continuity of their own reception duties.
